Since mid-November 2019, the Swiss-based Ampack AG joined the eco-INSTITUT-Label family with its products Ampacoll INT (acrylic adhesive tape), Ampatex DB 90 and Ampatex Variano 3 (both sealing panels). 

The company, founded in 2011 in Galway, Ireland, was awarded eco-INSTITUT label in November 2018 for its joint sand product Joint-It Fine.

In September parquet floor covering products of the product line WILDBRETT (parquet 3-S oiled and parquet 2-S oiled) of Austrian Parkett-AGENTUR GmbH were awarded eco-INSTITUT-Label.

eco-INSTITUT edited and updated the testing criteria of eco-INSTITUT-Label. The criteria are effective from now on. Since the last update AgBB scheme 2018 and new limit values have been published making these adjustments necessary.

In mid-October 2018, the calcium sulphate binder CAB 30 from LANXESS Deutschland GmbH was awarded the eco-INSTITUT label.

In August 2018, German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) approved eco-INSTITUT-Label as high quality requirements proof for low-emissions and low-pollutant products.
