eco-INSTITUT-Label is an approved certification system and proof of compliance with the emission requirements of SINTEF Norway’s Environmental Requirements. While proof could already be provided with test reports and assessments, the current ‘official’ approval simplifies communication for all parties involved when submitting applications.

As manufacturers with eco-INSTITUT-Label-certified products are confronted with national environmental and health requirements in various European countries, eco-INSTITUT is continuously committed to promoting eco-INSTITUT-Label as a comprehensive and strict quality label among the many different national institutions and to generally establishing its conformity internationally.

Important!

This general statement of conformity applies only to products that have undergone and passed the complete eco-INSTITUT-Label certification programme and are therefore entitled to carry the label.

Our testing body, eco-INSTITUT, is also known to carry out emission tests in accordance with other test schemes and requirements, such as the AgBB scheme. With these test reports, the test result must be compared again with the specific requirement, if necessary. We are happy to produce test reports with various statements of conformity.
